Our end to end Architecture Design Service include everything a homeowner or developer requires; design to planning to estimating service with material and labour prices. Drawing on knowledge from a wide range of disciplines, we supply a tailored project service around individual client requirements.
The services we offer are as follow:
- Estimating Service (materials+labour) for residential builds, developments, all civil works.
- Full architectural design laid out in 2d, alternatively 3d design and or BIM mapping for the supply of planning, building control or concept design procurement and planning venture.
- Full costing procurement and overviews with schedule of rates for labour plant and materials at current live pricing.
- Project management from conception to completion.
- Conditional surveys and reports
- Diagnostic links with site survey reports.
- Basement design & RC works
- RIBA, JCT and NEC & Escrow Formal contracts
- Full D&B design and procurement with valued engineering
- Full H&S method and concept statements
- Piling reports and ground and soil investigation
As every building project is dependent on a successful design process, dictating the nature and complexity of the build, defining the resources needed, the time taken and the overall outcome. At Laker we are a ‘service first’ business who already look to provide an end to end service for our clients, with the addition of our Architecture, Engineering and design service you may now look to us to come up with an all encompassing solution.
Alternatively even if you need a simple take of service to simply price your projects accurately;
Laker now offer a ‘Take-off Facility’.
To make life easier a specialist take-off service is now available: you simply hand over your plans and our surveyor will provide a tailored service around your needs, including calculation of the materials and the quantities you will require for your project.
Please note; this is diametrically opposed to the National Merchants who offer an inaccurate computer based calculation model, able to only produce approximate calculations and costings. Estimation online is provided from averages, which means less accurate take-offs and costings. At Laker, we are offering a fully comprehensive end to end facility, where a surveyor or Architectural service is offered to our customers may work on a one to one basis, every element from design to planning and estimation accommodated to our clients complete satisfaction. Of course, we would first like to meet with you to discuss in detail your project requirements. We can if required even recommend a handful of professional builders for you to choose from. Otherwise we can simply open an account for your chosen builder to utilise. Certain inducements such as a SAP calculation and an airtightness test may be offered to VIP account holders too.
